- Backhand Throw: Hold the disc with your thumb on top and fingers underneath. Flick your wrist while stepping forward.
- Forehand (Flick): Use two fingers under the disc and a side-arm motion to throw.
- Hammer Throw: A cool overhead throw that arcs and comes down vertically.
